Explore your body and mind through the practice of Kripalu Yoga and meditation. This moderate-level class will give you the opportunity to stretch and release tension from both mind and body. A strong practice of asana and then deep relaxation is followed by meditation. Learn different techniques of meditation which will help you navigate through your busy life.
