This gentle style of yoga is one that anyone can do. Based on a sequence of profoundly simple poses, Svaroopa releases deep postural muscles that wrap around the spine. This allows for a core opening that affect both body and mind. All poses are supported and are done either sitting or laying down. This support relieves deep postural tensions allowing tight muscles to release. Svaroopa is great for anyone who has low back pain, sciatica, piriformis syndrome and more. After just one session, you will feel calmer and more relaxed. You will increase your strength and flexibility, get relief from pain, boost your immune system and feel healthier.
