Ashtanga is meditation in motion. It is a set sequence of postures that work along with breathing and internal locks to be a complete system of health and wellness. Over time the practice helps to improve strength, breathing, flexibility, overall fitness , concentration and reduce stress . Although considered to be a vigorous yoga practice, this class offers modifications for all levels of strength and fitness. Ashtanga helps the practitioner to develop a personal practice.
