THAI YOGA THERAPY
Often referred to as “lazy man’s yoga”, this yoga therapy technique gives you the effects of a full yoga class without the effort. The therapist places you in yoga poses suitable for your body. It improves and maintains the health of your spine thereby improving your overall health and flexibility. It also relieves muscular tension, boosts the immune system, balances the body energetically and stimulates better circulation. This service is provided by Tricia McAvoy, RYT.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Addressing the needs of the whole person by providing rejuvenation and muscular release this personalized session is designed to meet your specific needs. MYOFACIAL RELEASE BASED THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
A personalized therapeutic session with specific focus on the myofascial (muscle-fascia) network. This session will focus on removing restriction in the myofascia created by posture, injury, repetitive use and lack of or limited movement. Restriction in the myofascia can lead to muscle tension, postural imbalance, and chronic pain. POLARITY THERAPY
Healing for Body, Mind and Spirit
Polarity Therapy is an energetic bodywork technique that is highly effective in addressing physical, emotional and spiritual concerns. It supports pain relief, release of tensions from muscles, and improved functioning of body systems and has been useful in addressing digestive disorders, chronic pain (nervous system) disorders, headaches, insomnia, and other physical disorders. Polarity Therapy accelerates healing after injury or surgery, and accesses a state of improved physical strength, resiliance and vitality.
In addition to cultivating a new level of physical health, Polarity Therapy also supports the development of greater emotional strengh. By shifting your vibrational state into alignment with your true nature, which is inherently strong, loving and free, you easily release old patterns of thought or belief that no longer serve you, and become empowered to make new choices with clarity, confidence and joy.

REIKI
A Japanese relaxation technique, Reiki is known as Universal Life Force Energy (otherwise known as Prana, Chi or Ki). It is the energy that animates all living things. Recharge your life force energy and bring your body up to its highest vibration so that it can heal and repair itself. THE JOURNEY™
The Journey is a simple, yet profoundly powerful guided therapy that allows you to uncover and completely resolve any stored emotional cellular memories, bringing completion through deep forgiveness. The Emotional process takes you through emotional layers, revealing the memories driving them so they can be cleared, then drops you through to your Source – Who You Really Are beyond these emotions.
