The most important thing is to just wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in. Many people like to wear semi-form fitting or form-fitting clothing. This is because we do poses standing, sitting, on our stomachs and on our backs and sometimes upside down, so sometimes tops may slip down or if you may step on your pants is your clothing is too loose.
Besides in-person classes & workshops, Blissworks offers virtual classes. Your body can enjoy a class wherever you are. Instructional videos are available on Blissworks YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQtoAFn6DPJNqAWnZAEt6jw)
We at Blissworks love to teach those new to yoga. We teach with very detailed descriptions and give beginners easier options for the poses.
A hybrid class is one that is offered in-studio and virtual at the same time. They are listed on our Schedule page with the same start time. When registering for class, please look for the words “In-Studio” should you like to attend a class at the studio or “Virtual” if you prefer to attend class from your home.

All classes are priced the same. You can use a class card or a single class fee to pay for classes in-studio, virtual or outdoor classes.

Props are available at Blissworks for all students, but we recommend that unvaccinated students bring their own for safety reasons.
Yes. All of our classes require preregistration to attend. We are not able to accommodate any drop-ins at the studio at this time.

Once registered you will receive a Reservation Confirmation Email with the Zoom link for the class. You will also receive a Reminder Email 1 day before the class that will also have the Zoom link for class depending on when you registered.
